Jed was at my house and working before I could get home. He was polite, courteous and professional. He took the time to ensure I understood what he needed to do in order to get the European hornets out of my house. Once he was done spraying the inside and outside of my house, he walked around the entire perimeter and sprayed as well. I received a follow up phone call later that night just to check in on the status of the hornets and to see how I was doing (needless to say, I was less than thrilled to have hornets flying around my house). I thought the phone call was great customer service. He also texted me the next morning to get an update. Hands down Jed is a very concerned, professional and knowledgeable business-man and would recommend him to everyone I know.
